Vous apprenez \u00e0 \u00e9couter vos sensations corporelles, vos \u00e9motions et \u00e0 r<strong>\u00e9guler votre syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/strong> Progressivement, vous lib\u00e9rez l\u2019\u00e9nergie pi\u00e9g\u00e9e dans votre corps ainsi que les blocages \u00e9motionnels.
