N\u00e9anmoins, ce programme ne convient pas aux personnes actuellement en d\u00e9tresse psychologique aigu\u00eb (troubles bipolaires non stabilis\u00e9s, d\u00e9pression aigu\u00eb, troubles psychotiques). Une prise en charge individuelle peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer bien plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ce type de situations.
